Event Description

It is often difficult for families to navigate the systems and find autism-friendly resources in our community. In order to bring various agencies/organizations together to highlight their services as related to autism, we offer vendor space at the walk to promote and raise awareness of agencies and organizations available to our families.

The Hero Walk and Resource Fair for Autism is the Inland Empire’s largest event for resources for the Inland Empire autism community.  Our goal is to empower families with knowledge as well as highlight some of the abilities of children and adults with Autism.  This year's Resource Fair includes:

• Resource Fair Exhibitors
• Music, Sports and Entertainment Demonstrations
• Fun activities for children and adults with ASD
• Special Spanish Resource booth
• Health Screenings
• The Marketplace – an opportunity for teens and adults with autism to be supported as they sell products or advertise their own small business

·

This year we are expecting over 3,000 individuals to attend.  All Sponsors and Resource Fair participants will be provided with a six-foot table and two folding chairs. The fair will take place outside and all vendors should each bring a 10x10 pop-up tent as well as a game or activity for attendees.  Electricity will not be available.  Spaces are available on a first come; first served basis.  All sponsorship submissions are subject to board approval.
