Event Description

Inspired by this simple and succinct message, the Keep Running series takes runners along the Mt. Vernon Trail for an out & back course starting at Belle Haven Park this January. Kicking off 2021, each week gives you the chance to run a different distance, and each week encourages you to keep running. 

There are no awards and no medals. We are sticking to the basics and offering an in-person, chip-timed event for everyone who misses the thrill of racing with others (even if socially distant) and crossing an actual finish line. 

No matter how fast or slow you walk or run, there’s only one thing to do: #KeepRunning
