PREPARE YOURSELF FOR AN INCREDIBLE RACE EXPERIENCE! 

We are finally bringing back the most exciting triathlon ever put on in the St. Louis area! In 2019 it was in the spring, then covid bumped it to September only to be canceled!
NOW you can finally join us for one of the flattest, fastest triathlons in the Midwest area. Taking place at the scenic and local favorite, Creve Coeur Park, the St. Louis Triathlon is ideal for both veterans, and those new to the multisport experience.

Event details and schedule

The St. Louis Triathlon offers sprint and olympic distance triathlons along with relay options to do with a group of 2-3! 

Swim:   The St. Louis Triathlon is committed to a fun, exciting, and safe swim. Your swim course is designed with the athlete’s well-being as our top priority. With sighting buoys at close intervals, turn buoys clearly marked, and safety provided by St. Louis's own Backyard Lifeguards (BYLG Sport) our swim is well suited for experienced athletes, newcomers, and all participants in between. 

Bike:     Our flat, fast bike course features closed highway lanes and long straightaways an amazing ride is waiting for you.

Run:     The beauty of Creve Coeur Lake Trail cannot be adequately described. This scenic out and back paved run is a perfect finish to an epic race. With the green of the trees and the massive lake as your back drop, your triathlon run will be impossible to forget.
