Luke's Locker will furnish participants a FREE 9 Week training program for Walkers and Runners wanting to build a consistent weekly workout for 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) distances. We'll start with a 30 minute workout and progress to completing a 5K or 10K at the end of the 9 weeks. If you don't feel comfortable with the progression, simply repeat. No judgment here!
There will not be scheduled meeting dates or times, but Luke's Locker wanted to provide participants a plan to follow on their own.
