It's St Patrick's Day, one of our favorite days on the racing calendar. This year, because of COVID, we have had to think outside the box and do things a little bit differently so that we can all enjoy our usual annual St Paddy's 5K race, but we can enjoy it in a safe and socially distanced kind of way.
This year's Fort Lauderdale St Paddy's 5K offers a variety of self-guided routes through our fair city, and all you have to do is choose the route that looks the most convenient and fun for you and your family and friends!
Each route will take you through some of our favorite city running routes, and every route ends at one of our partner venues where you will be able to claim your complementary green beverage and celebrate!
You can run or walk the race on your own, or with a small group or team of your own. You can also choose to run more than one of the routes and enjoy the hospitality of more than one of our partnering locations!
All participants receive a custom race medal and token for a complementary green beverage. Although you don't have to be 21 years of age to participate in the race, if you want to enjoy a festive green beer make sure to bring your ID with you. You can choose to pick up your medal and from your chosen Irish bar location at the end of the race or we will mail it out to you - it's up to you.
Let's celebrate this St. Paddy's Day social distancing style!
