Event Description
This is a Virtual Endurance Event ~ complete from anywhere
You'll RUN, WALK and/or BIKE the West Coast of 1,612 miles by December 31st or earlier.
You can complete this challenge SOLO or with a TEAM and divide up the miles. The challenge "begins" in the Gaslamp District of San Diego, California and "ends" in gorgeous Neah Bay in Washington. There will be LIVE map tracking so you can see where you are on the course compared to the other competitors.
There are 4 Divisions to choose from:
ALL ACTIVITY SOLO DIVISION: You must complete all 1,612 miles entirely on your own by any permitted activity (listed below). The last day to log miles is December 31, 2021.
ALL ACTIVITY TEAM DIVISION: You can have a team of as many people as you'd like and you can DIVIDE the miles however you'd like to complete the goal. You can all accumulate miles by any permitted activity listed below. Each team member will receive their own Medal and Goods in the mail. The last day to log miles is December 31, 2021.
RUN/WALK ONLY SOLO DIVISION: This is a division for the HARDCORE folks who want to compete in this challenge by running or walking all the miles entirely on their own. Running and Walking are the only permitted activities for this division. The last day to log miles is December 31, 2021.
RUN/WALK ONLY TEAM DIVISION: You can have a team of as many people as you'd like and you can DIVIDE the miles however you'd like to complete the goal. You can all accumulate miles by any permitted activity listed below. Each team member will receive their own Medal and Goods in the mail. Running and Walking are the only permitted activities for this division. The last day to log miles is December 31, 2021.

IMPORTANT:
This challenge is NON-EXCLUSIVE meaning ALL miles from other races, challenges, or in-person races count towards this goal. For example, if you run Boston Marathon, those miles would count towards this challenge.
