To do our part to help control the spread of COVID-19, we are excited to be planning the 1st ever VIRTUAL Spokane River Run!

Since this year is a virtual run we will only be registering for 5k and 10k distances.

The $25 entry covers either 5k, 10k, 25k, and 50k distances and includes a cotton t-shirt.

The $35 entry covers 5k, 10k, 25k, and 50k  distances and includes a tech shirt.

You will have the flexibility to make your own start and finish line whether you race on a treadmill, your own neighborhood or on the traditional trail in Riverside State Park.

If you choose to run on the traditional trails, you will be provided map and GPS coordinates. The courses are made up primarily of single-track trails that wind through the thick pine forests of the park between basalt cliffs and the roaring Spokane River.

Normally, Spokane River Run is a trail run held in Riverside State Park just outside of Spokane Washington. We normally have 6 different race categories for all ages and abilities including: 5k, 10k, 25k, 25k Challenge, 50k solo and 50k relay* all made possible by the hard work of a 100% volunteer staff. Spokane River Run is the primary fundraiser for the Garfield APPLE program. 100% of the funds raised go to the APPLE program at Garfield Elementary, and our non-profit partners and benefactor organizations.
