A virtual 5K run/walk to support the SWOG Cancer Research Network community

The Hope Foundation for Cancer Research has organized this virtual Crush the Crab event in place of our regular spring fun run.

Registration is free! (Donations & Team Fundraising are welcome and directly support SWOG’s work.)

Once registered, please complete your 5K within the window of Sunday, March 28 through Sunday, April 11.
And don’t forget to share your participation via our video Tribute, a fun and easy way to bring our community together from a distance.
