Event Description

First, this is a personal physical challenge that will embrace mental as well as physical training. This 31-Day Fitness Challenge is designed to work every major muscle group in your body—almost every day. The structure of this fitness challenge gives you the opportunity to improve your fitness. Each week you'll be provided weekly physical challenges that you need to figure out how to accomplish. Since this is a SERE challenge, each week you'll have to opportunity to unlock badges that represent items in historical escape kits.

Should you accomplish all the objectives, you'll also unlock the Badass of the week badge. This badge will showcase a survivor that greatly demonstrates an aspect of SERE.
