Event Description

The Month to Move is a series of events designed to engage the community in movement in honor of Parkinson's Awareness Month in April.
Regardless of whether you are a runner, walker, boxer, golfer, or complete regular workouts, you can join us! 
There is a virtual 1 Mile run/walk, 5K run/walk, a 10K run/walk, and a month long exercise challenge.  Enter just one event or a bundle.Our goal is to raise awareness of Parkinson's Disease and educate our communities on the power of movement to improve your health. 

Proceeds from the Month to Move benefit Rock Steady Boxing of Brownsburg, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that provides movement and exercise programming to Parkinson's families within the surrounding communities.
