The ninth Annual Backdraft Bike Tour is set for Sunday, June 6th, 2021! The 8.5 mile Family Route takes you on the Trestle Bridge pedestrian path as well as the newly completed Loop the Lake trail! You will go over three scenic bridges that take you around the south end of Little Lake Butte des Mortis. You will start and finish at the Splash Pad at Washington Park in Neenah! The four longer routes will start at Jefferson Park in Menasha to help disperse crouds due to COVID 19. Enjoy the scenic countryside north and east of Lake Winnebago. You will travel along the rural roads that Wisconsin is famous for. All rest stops will be at local fire stations or will have a fire truck on site to check out! Choose from 25, 50, 75 and 100 mile distances. Each rider will receive a goody bag, fully stocked rest stops, SAG service and a great meal at the end. Those registering before May 16th, 2021 will receive a dry wick t-shirt! The tour is open to the public and all ages and abilities are welcome! This is a rain or shine event.

Updated start locations for 2021!! Due to COVID 19 we are planning for an all outside event so the 25, 50, 75, and 100 mile riders will start and finish at Jefferson Park in Menasha. The 8.5 mile Family Route will start and finish at the Splash Pad at Washington Park in Neenah!
Recommended start times are as follows: 75 and 100 milers 7:00 a.m., 50 milers 8:00a.m. and the 25 milers 9:00 a.m. The Family Route will start at 10:00 a.m. The tour is at your own pace and not timed. Packet pickup will start at 6:30 a.m. at Jefferson Park and 9 am at Washington Park. Rest stop closure times will be noted on the route cue sheet. Helmets are required. A wrist band will be in your goody bag that will allow you into the rest areas and entry to the lunch at the end. This is not a closed course. Parking is free.
