Spartan is excited to introduce our new indoor challenge designed to test, gamify and celebrate your fitness. The DEKA MILE consists of (10) functional training zones each preceded by 160 meters of running (1 mile total).

Event details and schedule

Event begins 8 AM local time so please show up 30 minutes prior to your registered heat time. Please bring a face mask (required), water, and towel. We look forward to seeing you earn your DEKA MILE Mark!
