Event Description

This two mile event is part of the Selma District Chamber of Commerce Raisin Festival.  It has been held 25+ years and proceeds have been used to fund various non-profits and education in Selma.  In 2019, the name was changed as a memorial to long-time participant John Paredes.  Proceeds from this year's event will fund scholarships for high school seniors at Selma High School. 

This year the run will be both an in-person and virtual event to allow those that want to participate the opportunity to do so if they are not comfortable in a group setting.  Awards will only be given to those that participate in person.  The virtual participants can pick up their shirt the day of the event or we will mail them.  Groups
