The VNA of NWI’s Stroll for Hospice celebrates and supports the VNA Hospice program that has provided compassionate end of life care to over 14,000 patients and their families in our community. Every year hundreds of individuals participate in this memorial stroll through downtown Valparaiso to help ensure that the compassion and support of VNA Hospice is there for our families, friends and neighbors when they most need it, regardless of their financial situation.
Throughout 2021 the VNA is celebrating our 50ish anniversary, and we hope you’ll join us in support of this groovy milestone. So, break out your bell bottoms, headbands and peace signs. We even have a great tie dye t-shirt available for purchase. Our DJ will spin tunes from the 1970’s and we’ll have a love-in, all in memory of those we miss.

We’re taking Covid-19 precautions to help ensure everyone’s safety!
We’ll provide a free tie dye mask for each participant, social distancing will be expected, staggered start times for our walkers and a grab and go lunch for everyone. There will be no “same day” registration, preregistrations only please. (Online preregistration closes April 30th, at noon.)
We’ll also offer a “virtual” stroll for those who prefer to walk in their own neighborhoods.
When you register online, you’ll be able to create your own personal sponsorship page, post photos and tell your loved one’s story. Encourage your friends and families to support your stroll and help VNA Hospice continue to Make Best Days Possible.
