Join Team B*REAL for your first triathlon or as part of your plan to return to in-person events.

Super Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon-Duathlon-Aquabike, Olympic Triathlon-Duathlon-Aquabike

Event Details:

Race Dates: June 5 - 20

Do it all in one day or split it up any way you'd like.

Register by May 23 to receive your race packet before the race.

Course

This is your chance to put your swim-bike-run together and get experience with transition when YOU get to choose the location. Start at your favorite pool, pond, ocean, river or replace the swim with a row if water isn't accessible to you yet. Then go for flat and fast or challenge yourself to some hills. We'll be there to celebrate with you online at the finish!

$5 from each race entry will be donated to the National MS Society to change the world for everyone affected by MS.

Triathlon
Super Sprint: Swim/Row 300 m, Bike 6 miles, Run 1.5 miles
Sprint: Swim/Row 750 m, Bike 12.5 miles (20K), Run 3.1 miles (5K)
Olympic: Swim/Row 1500 m, Bike 25 miles (40k), Run 6.2 miles (10K)

Duathlon
Sprint: Run 1 mile, Bike 12.5 miles (20K), Run 3.1 miles (5K)
Olympic: Run 2 miles, Bike 25 miles (40k), Run 6.2 miles (10K)

Aquabike:
Sprint: Swim/Row 750 m, Bike 12.5 miles (20K)
Olympic: Swim/Row 1500 m, Bike 25 miles (40k)
