Event Description

When someone says you have the Heart of a Lion, they are saying that you are BRAVE!

We may sometimes feel like Lambs, but most of the time we are LIONS!

For July 11th, we will be LIONS as we conquer the Whitestone Inn finish at the Lion and Lamb House at the Whitestone Inn.  

This is a brand new partnership and event located in Kingston TN at the Whitestone Inn at 1200 Paint Rock Road.  

 We will be having a fun day that will start out with a Sprint distance Triathlon with 750 Meter Swim, a 15 mile bike ride, and a 5k run.  The Olympic distance will take the swim to a 1500, followed by a 25 mile bike ride and a 10k run that finishes at the Lion and the Lamb house of the Whitestone Inn.  

But wait there is more! To add to the fun and bring more to the party, we are also having a Sup-ER Yak race that will use the beautiful water for a 1 mile Kayak or SUP followed by a 10k Trail run adventure! 

This is going to be an amazing day at the Whitestone Inn and we can't wait to develop this race more and make it an iconic adventure!

Packet Pickup will be announced closer to the event.  

Courses are being developed and will be released soon and course previews will happen!  

For Sprint and Olympic triathlon Awards will be given in each division top 3 overall male and female, top masters male and female, and athena and clydesdale divisions.  Top 3 relays in each category.  

For the Sup-er Yak awards will be given to top three in each division, individual and relay.  

All races are USA Triathlon Sanctioned, all rules must be followed.  

Our title sponsor, The Whitestone Inn, will be offering a 25% discount on the available rooms on site.  Please book early to ensure availability.  

Personal Best Racing has a no refund policy, so don't ask.  We will gladly defer or find you another race to transfer to during the same year.  We have several races!
