Event Description

After a year off, the Bothwell Foundation Lub Dub committee made the tough decision to host something new this year…an all VIRTUAL Lub Dub! Although we would love to be back together in person, the health and safety of our participants and volunteers is of upmost importance to us. However, we want to encourage everyone to stay active and to keep moving.

Where does the money go?
All proceeds from the virtual Lub Dub event benefit the Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund which provides cardiac related equipment and items to Bothwell Regional Health Center and to the Pettis and Benton County communities.        

What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a race that can be ran or walked from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself or use the RaceJoy app.

Virtual 30-Day Challenge:
New this year! For beginners and experts alike. After a year of cancellations and being cooped up, challenge yourself to get out and moving! Log your cumulative progress from April 24 to May 24 and submit your results online! Use the RaceJoy app to make this process seamless and share your progress with friends and family via social media.

Lub Dub Virtual All In Challenge:
Want to really challenge yourself? Compete in ALL of our events this year! Complete the Lub Dub Virtual 5K, 10K AND 30-day Challenge!

With your registration you will receive:

• 2022 Lub Dub Tshirt  – 5K shirt, 10K shirt or 30-Day Challenge shirt

*T-shirts, registration packet and finishers award will be mailed directly to registrant.
