Event Description

This year we are happy and excited to announce that we are partnering with the Warner Canyon Summerfest to put on an exciting day of outdoor recreation, food, music and fun for the family! Save the date June 19, 2021 at Warner Canyon Ski Hill.

This amazing event offers two picturesque bike rides—25 miles and 65 miles in length, a 22 mile mountain bike ride and two trail runs—9 mile and 13 miles.

Tour de Outback is the signature event in Oregon's newest cycling destination.The bike route follows the Oregon Outback Scenic Bikeway.  This year, starting in Lakeview at the Warner Canyon Ski Area, you will ride on low traffic roads through the Oregon high desert and the Fremont National Forest.  In addition to aid stations along the way you also get the opportunity to stop in the tiny towns of Plush and Adel.  Wildlife sightings may include deer, antelope and bighorn sheep.  Car sightings will be rare though, Lake County has a population density of less than one person per square mile—you will see more support vehicles than random traffic! These rides take advantage of some of the many amazing cycle routes in Lake County.

This year enjoy a free entry into the Warner Canyon Summerfest! Summerfest will be running their chairlift for mountain biking, disc golf, hiking and yoga. You won’t go hungry or thirsty while you enjoy live music on the lodge deck with local food carts and mobile beer cart!

Packet Pick Up:

Check In:

Check In starts at Warner Canyon Ski Area at 7:15 AM. Parking is available.
