Event Description

One mile a day for 7 days a week for 8 weeks or break it up to walk or run 6-7 miles a week to equal the 56 miles by the end of the 8 weeks. EX: 1mi x 7days; 2mi x 4days; walk or run those miles to improve cardio respiratory health. Open to all fitness levels.
