FITTPALOOZA was created out of shear FUN for bringing families and friends together to reach their fitness goals - together. F.I.T.T. is a widely used fitness technique to help you energize your typical routine to lessen fatigue, blast right through those plateaus, and keep you motivated. FITTPALOOZA virtual events are designed using FITT Zones - intermittent challenges throughout a 5K run such as push-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, or squats. Each zone triggers your energy level so you push through and cross your finish line.
