Event Description
Join Sonic Endurance coaches and athletes at the site of the Ironman Maryland and the crabbies for a weekend of training.
You’ll train on the race course multiple times throughout the weekend, hear from Sonic coaches on their experiences on course, and receive tips and advice to have your best day on race day.
Not racing Ironman Maryland or Atlantic City 70.3? No problem! This camp is for athletes of all abilities. We'll have coaches leading swims, bikes and runs for beginner through advanced athletes. Come get a fantastic training weekend that is fully supported with on-site mechanical and SAG support for the bike and plenty of nutrition,
Our Maryland Camp will feature the following:
- Coached group training sessions for swim, bike, and run
- Vehicle SAG support for cycling and long run session
- Course preview information sessions
- Hydration and nutritional support
- Some meals included
- We expect participants to follow the applicable CDC guidelines
Camp officially begins on Friday, August 13, 2021 and runs through Sunday, August 15, 2021.
