Event Description

Jog for Jordan is a 5k and 1 mile race organized by Jordan Pearce's closest friends and family.  Jordan is a nineteen year old boy from Tifton, GA who loves to play pool, golf, and hangout with his friends and family.  He is a manager at Chick-fil-A here in Tifton, and had plans to join the nursing program at ABAC.  On July 20, Jordan was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia, and everything turned upside down.  He has been receiving treatment at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA for the past five weeks.  This race was organized to spread awareness for Leukemia, and raise money to help Jordan's mom, Darby, pay for medical bills and any personal needs they may have during this time.

Event details and schedule

Jog for Jordan will take place at Northside Baptist Church in Tifton, GA on October 30, 2021.  The 5k will begin at 7:00 a.m. and the 1 mile will begin at 8:00 a.m.  Arrive by 6:45 with your ID and entry form to get registered and recieve your bib number.  Park in the back and side parking lots of the church, across from the steeple and in front of the playground, respectively.
