April 8, 2017 (Sacramento, CA)—In honor of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, citizens of the Greater Sacramento Area community are invited to raise awareness and break the silence surrounding violence and sexual assault by participating in the 2nd Annual Survivors Night Walk on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at California State Capitol Park  West Steps. 

The Survivors Night Walk is a 1-Mile, 5-Mile and 10-Mile perimeter walk around the California State Capitol Park to promote Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This event will host hundreds of participants with guest speakers and informational booths from 3pm to 5pm with race times starting at 5pm.
