It's that time of year!
Who's ready to get out there and RUN!
Dahlonega UMC MMO (Mothers Morning Out) & Preschool are doing their annual 5K to chase away that pesky winter chill!
Support Dahlonega UMC MMO!
We start and finish at Lumpkin County High School. The 5K course is super scenic, running through Camp Glisson.
If you can't make it race morning, we've got a virtual option available too(within the continental US)! Virtual package will be start getting processed for shipping on 2/28/21.
Age group awards & awesome shirts. Proceeds from this event go to the Preschool scholarship fund.

In addition to running you can help out with an additional donation, or becoming a Fundraiser for the event.
All participants who participate in the fundraising portion will have their entry fee refunded when after the raise $200.

Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day. We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.

The course starts & finishes at Lumpkin County High School, then follows a back road to Clamp Glissen. Once in the camp you'll follow the camp road through the grounds and past beautiful Cane Creek Falls.

Lumpkin County High School is located at 2001 Indian Dr. Dahlonega, GA 30533
Follow GA-400 North until you reach US-19/GA-60. Take a left onto US-19/GA-60 and follow it for approximately 6 miles. Continue to follow US-19 N/S Chestatee St. Turn right onto Martin St. Take 3rd Left onto S. Grove St/GA 60 for approx. 1.9 miles. Turn left onto Indian Drive @ Lumpkin County High School. There will be signs directing traffic and parking.
This is one of your first chances to qualify for (1) free entry into our Turkey Trot & also to qualify for our Championship 5K/10K!
All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2022 Five Star Thanksgiving Turkey Trots. See event website
Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the Championships held in January 2023. The number of spots available is based on the total registration. See event website

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
