THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR CITY OF HAGERSTOWN EMPLOYEES ONLY!
Celebrate Fitness and a Healthier You in the New Year 2022!! Complete one mile a day for 100 days (January 14 - April 23) and be eligible to win weekly and grand prizes.
Aerobic activities such as yoga, biking or fitness classes count as "miles." Throughout the 100 days, weekly emails offer motivational tips, recipes, and ideas to reach your daily miles.
How it works:
• Track your own miles - the goal is one mile a day for 100 days.
• Twenty minutes of physical activity counts as one mile or simply walk or run a mile a day.
• Generate an active and healthy lifestyle each day while having fun!
