- Individuals: $30 by April 30, $35 by May 31, $45 by June 22, $50 by June 29
- Families of three or more entering together: $5 discount for each person
- Just the picnic: $10 by June 29

Directions:
- From Route 50, turn north to end of Manchester Street. Turn right onto free parking. If parking is full, park at Bluemont Park North Shelter or Ashlawn School
Race-day:
- On-site registration is open from 7:00 AM to 9:15 AM – Race-day registration is OK
Course:
- Paved park trails, one hill, no road crossings
- OK for walkers and wheelchairs.
Race size:
- About 300 in each race. You may enter one, two, or all three races for one entry fee (just one T-shirt)
Awards:
- In Elite 5K at 8:00 AM, medals for top 3 overall and in 10-year age groups M/F - Official times recorded and published on-line instantly on Webscorer
- Open 5K at 8:45 AM and Family 3K at 9:30 AM, clock times only
Post-race:
- Picnic in the picnic shelter about 100 meters from the start / finish next to the restrooms

This race is a fundraiser for Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC)
- We are a multicultural, community-based organization committed to empowering immigrants and refugees.
- Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC) was established in 1983 in Arlington, Virginia, with an initial focus on aiding Ethiopian immigrants and refugees. Over the years, ECDC's mission has expanded to support refugees from various parts of Africa and beyond. With a proud history of resettling more than 73,600 refugees, ECDC remains committed to humanitarian aid and educational services in Ethiopia and Sudan. Recognizing the urgent need to address the challenges faced by children and youth affected by the ongoing crisis in Ethiopia, ECDC is organizing the "ECDC 5K Run & Walk for Refugees," This event aims to provide essential support to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ethiopia, particularly focusing on ensuring access to education and opportunities for the children and youth affected by the conflict. Through this initiative, ECDC seeks to mobilize support and resources to aid those in need and restore hope for a brighter future for the younger generations.

Waiver of liability: I know running a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relevant to my ability to safely complete this event. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including, but not limited to: CONTRACTION OF ILLNESS INCLUDING COVID19, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all sponsors, including District of Columbia, Arlington County Virginia, their elected and appointed officials and employees, Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority, ECDC International, RRCA, and USATF, their officers, directors, agents, and employees, and all officials of this event from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I understand this event is conducted under the regulations of National Park Service. I agree to release my name and photo for publicity purposes.
