Event Description

Since 2017 C26 Triathlon has offered a total of 15 triathlon camps. We have been fortunate enough to have all of our camps the last 5 years sell out months (or even a year) in advance. Regardless of experience , goals, ability, age, or fitness we have an opportunity for you. All of our sessions are time based and you will be split into groups ensuring you get the appropriate workout. The most important thing is that we start together and end together! 

Our Texas Triathlon Camp will be March 22-26, 2023. This camp will be a larger camp and capped at 30 athletes. We will have 2-3 coaches on hand for support and athlete assistance, but the format and structure of the camp will be more “session” driven than “instruction” driven. While coaches will be on hand for all sessions, the swim portions of the camp will be the only heavily instructed portions. We'll also be including a "class session" where the Coaches will go over race/training nutrition, how to put on a wetsuit quickly, changing a flat tire on your bike, and more! You'll be able to ask those questions burning a hole in your brain! :)

This camp will be great for all levels of athletes looking to get in a lot of really solid work with awesome people. You will be around other awesome athletes with supported swim, rides, and runs in the best training locations The Woodlands has to offer. 

You’ll get top notch swim instruction, as well as 2 pool sessions. You’ll bike the safe roads of Benders Landing where we provide you with a 20 mile loop, as well as some vehicle-free bike paths through the woods. Our longer run will be on the Waterway in The Woodlands which is also the Ironman Texas course.
We'll share several meals together and will offer plenty of time to hang out with your new friends and teammates!

Travel is NOT covered by C26. It is up to the Athlete to find his/her way to camp and have a place lined up to stay. In November, I will be looking into a block of rooms for our athletes. Please stay tuned for more information.

HOTEL:
We have a block of rooms set aside for our athletes at the Marriott Waterway in The Woodlands.

You have until February 22, 2023 to book.
Once booked, you have within 72 hours of check-in to cancel your room without being charged.
This hotel typically runs $340+/night and they are giving us a rate of $199/night! That's a huge discount. This hotel is amazing and within walking distance of most of our activities/dinners.

The rate is only good for March 22-26 (checking-in on the 22nd and checking-out on the 26th). Anything outside of that date range, you will have to pay full price.

If you choose to pick a different location, use The Marriott Waterway as your centralized location and go from there. This area is where dinners and some of our activities will be.

AIRPORTS:
IAH Airport is the closest being about 30 minutes away. 
Hobby Airport is about 45-50 minutes away.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deferment or cancellation of a camp entry or Hub Visit will only be accepted if you are injured or a work commitment arises 30 days prior to camp/hub visit. Any cancellations within the 30 day window of your camp start date or hub visit will only be accepted if you or someone in your house tests positive for Covid within 7 days of your camp or hub visit. Proof of positive test results will be required. With that said, $100 will be deducted from your transfer fee as the pre-paid costs of OWS breakfast, team dinner, T-Shirt, etc. will already be finalized and cannot be changed, or refunded to us. 

Any other reason for cancellation within that 30 day window will not receive a deferment or refund option.
