Olympic Triathlon 1500 m Swim,, 24.8 Mi.Bike, 6.2 Mi Run,  Sprint Triathlon, 500 m Swim, 12.6 mi Bike; 2.2 mi Run, Sprint Triathlon PLUS 1000 m. swim, 12.6 mi bike, 4 mi Run,  Sprint Duathlon: 2.2mi. Run, 12.6 mi. bike, 2.2 mi. run, Olympic two or three person Relay teams = Same distances as Olympic listed above

REGISTRATION: Registration Packet pick-up is Saturday November 19, 2021 and is HIGHLY  recommended. Location time and place is from 2:30pm to 5pm at Road Runner Bike Center Valley Rd. 6520 W Happy Valley Rd Ste 120, Glendale, AZ 85310, AZ, Just east of Wallmart. Phone: (480) 614-8300. All entrants MUST sign a LIABILITY WAIVER. THERE IS WILL BE A ($10) per vehicle PARK ENTRANCE FEE that is required. they will be sold at packet pick up for your convenience
