Event Description

Come be a part of the inaugural Rhino Run to celebrate Camille’s life and raise funds to support young women in their educational endeavors in the fields of wildlife and environmental conservation.  Wear your favorite onesies or don your neon and join us for a fun timed 5K run/walk, 1 mile pup strutt and kids dash.  All events will take place on September 10th, at Line Creek Creek trail.  We'll start with the kids dash at 8:45, followed by the 5k at 9:00 and Pup Strut at 9:30.  

First 100 kids (8 & under) to show up on Saturday will get a ticket to ride the miniature train, which is located right by the race start and runs from 10-2.  All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal!

You must register by Friday, Sept 2 to guarantee a shirt in your preferred shirt size.  We will have shirts available for those that register after the 2nd but cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut.

We will end the day with the Be Like Cam Party & Auction, taking place at Old Pike County Club from 6-10 pm on September 10, 2022.  The event it 21 and over.  Bundled tickets for the 5k and Auction are available here for $100 (normally $125).  We'll have music, games, raffles, silent auction items, live auction items, food and open bar.   

Packet Pick Up

This year's packet pickup will be on September 9th from 4:30 - 7:00 at Cinder Block Brewery (110 E 18th Ave, North Kansas City, MO 64116).  Join us to get your race bib and official 2022 Rhino Run race t-shirt. We can't wait to see you there!

We will have packet pickup available on race day, September 10th from 7:30 - 8:30, near the starting line. However, if you are able, we STRONGLY encourage you to come to the Friday pickup to ensure you do not miss the start of your event!
