REMEMBER RECESS? IT ONLY GETS BETTER WITH AGE!

Field Day is a throw back to grade school, built with adults in mind. We've got two team workouts- more like recess than a monster WOD- plus classic field day events like shuttle run, long throw, tricycle races and some crazy new games. Teams will earn points in each event to add up to your total for the day.
