Event Description

Join Ed Piotrowski and Apex Promoz to kick off hurricane season on the Grand Strand with a super fun 5K and 1 Mile race. The Hurricane Hustle will feature a 5K (run or walk) & a 1 mile fun run on the Panther run walk and trail behind the Carolina Forest Recreation Center. We hope to see runners, walkers, children and leashed pets at this event. Registration for this event will be capped at 400 runners so grab your spot now. All participants will receive a commemorative finisher’s medal & hurricane themed swag item (to be determined).

1 mile 8:10am

Awards:

We will also be having a "Best Ed" competition, come out in costume and show us your best version of Ed for a chance to win the trophy. 

Awards will be given in the following categories for the 5k.   

Overall:

Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd (5k)

Age Division Structure: (Age group awards are based on net chip time)
