Event Description

Coach Claire's basic outline for the 8 weeks.  Start with a 15-minute easy warm-up run, 30ish minutes of stretching, core, and bodyweight strength training, a 45-minute run with a built-in hill repeat workout the first four weeks and then speed intervals the second four weeks, and a cool down.
