Event Description

Join us for an evening of fun while we make homemade soap with Good Horse Scents owner, Connie, who has a plethora of knowledge about all things natural and medicinal. 

Some of the ingredients we are using will come straight from the mountain during a medicinal walk on May 1. We will gather at the Big Red Bard, at Hurricane City Park, on Wednesday, June 5, at 5:30 pm and make the soap. The process will be done in groups, and the soap will take time to set up. 

Meeks Mountain representatives and Connie will cut and stamp the soap after 24 hours, and another 24 hours after that, the soap will be ready to pick up, which will be Friday, June 3.  We will be at the barn from 5:30-7 for soap pick up. 

Please make sure to sign up as we need to know how many supplies to bring. If you are signing up your child and still want to make soap, you MUST sign everyone up who plans to make the soap.
