Event Description

Arc GLOW's Friends & Family 5K is an annual community event that brings together people supported by Arc GLOW, their families, staff, and community members for a day of wellness, inclusion, and fun. Open to runners and walkers of all abilities, the event promotes healthy lifestyles while raising awareness and support for Arc GLOW's mission. Proceeds help fund programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and support the Mary Anne Graney Memorial Scholarship, which assists students pursuing careers in fields that support people with disabilities. Please consider registering online at the registration link. Choose either the timed 5K or the shorter 1.5 mile fun walk. Registration/check-in opens at 8:45 a.m. on race day.
