Event Description

The 2 mile run is in town with slight hills and a lot of shade. A great starting run for youngsters and a great event for those that don't like the longer events.

The 5 mile has a couple big hills on the way out of town then hits the High Trestle Trail on the way back into town.

The 15 mile has some big hills with a lot of country highways on the way out then hits the High Trestle Trail in Woodward, goes over the High Trestle bridge then back into town. THIS WILL BE THE LAST YEAR FOR THE 15 MILE EVENT!!!

There are water stations about every 2 miles on the 5 and 15 mile runs with people that can help you out if you need it.

THIS WILL BE BIB/ELECTRONIC TIMED AND RESULTS AVAILABLE AFTER RACE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME!!!!!

Event details and schedule

Parking is street parking (parking lot south of the elementary school may not be available) around the Madrid Elementary School on Hwy 210 in Madrid just west of the only stoplight in town.

Day of race registration for this event starts at 6:30 am at the Madrid Elementary School. There is no shirt guarantee with day of race registration.

All races in this event will start at 7:30 am at the Madrid Elementary School.

There will be a couple toilets available at the elementary and kybos around town for the celebration.

Please stick around after your race for the results and award ceremories (will award medals etc... as soon as we can after each race and as breaks between runners allow) and for the festivities around town for Labor Day. Plenty of food, fun and puchases to be found.
