Benefits Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey (CPNJ).  Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey (CPNJ) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and other special needs by supporting personal growth, independence and participation in the community.

Harrison New Jersey (a.k.a. the home of the New York Red Bulls) welcomes a new Holiday Tradition with the inaugural Harrison's Jingle Bell 5K presented by the Harrison Road Runners!  Entries received by the end of November will receive an inaugural-edition Jingle-Bell ski cap!   This 5K is presented by the Harrison Road Runners.

Get in the holiday spirit by running (or walking) 3.1 miles to benefit local charities.  And, if you are a serious runner, the Harrison's Jingle Bell 5K is the final race of the 2019 GetPhound Fall Points Series!  This race will be chip-timed by SpectaSport and will feature instant finish line results kiosks, as well as a no-app results kiosk right on your phone.

5K Awards:

• Gender-Specific Age Group Awards: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Awards notes:
  • Overall winners will be excluded from also winning age groups
  • To facilitate the re-opening of the roads in a timely fashion, there will be a course time limit of 50 minutes, but runners must finish in 40 minutes or less to participate in the awards ceremony.  All finishers under 50 minutes will receive an official time and result.
