Event Description
Very Flat, fast, and fun. Course is measured and certified. All who are registered prior to February 1st will receive a free t-shirt. All 5K & 10K participants receive free entrance to the Chili Cook-off following the 10k & 5k. Prize money for the 5K in the top 3 male and females in open (1st=$250; 2nd=$200; 3rd=$150), masters (1st=$150; 2nd=$125; 3rd=$100) and grand masters (1st=$100; 2nd=$75; 3rd=$50) divisions. Prize money for the 10K for the top 3 male and female runners only: 1st=$250; 2nd=$200; 3rd=$150. Active.com registration closes on 6 March 2020, BUT participants can still register onsite the morning of 7 March. These races are part of the Rumba on the Lumber Festival 2020 with live music, arts and crafts, chili, food and more.
