In addition, lessons will include treading water and bi-lateral breathing while swimming 25 yards. An introduction to breaststroke and flip turns will be taught. Advanced Level 3: Develop stroke and technique, and learn various ways to become stronger with a more proficient stroke. Learn a correct warm-up and cool-down, and swim high intensity sets.
