Event Description
In 2020, like most race management companies we shifted many of our annual events to a virtual platform to keep connected to our loyal followers and community of endurance junkies. By December, we were hearing phrases like "virtual fatigue" and "not another virtual race" which we could all see coming at the beginning of the pandemic. On the bright side, time off from our regularly season planning, allowed us to dig deep into our creative genes and add to our already awesome event line up some new straight up virtual events that were so successful it only makes sense to continue offering them for 2021.
Like most Americans, every year we look forward to celebrating Cinco de Mayo at our favorite local Mexican restaurant! Usually you’ll spot us rockin’ our sombreros amongst our amigos with Coronas & Margaritas in hand, munching on a table full of nachos, tacos and burritos. But first, to feel good about indulging on all of the mouth-watering Mexican delights, we always participate in a PRE-FEAST challenge so we can work up a good appetite and not feel so guilty.

This year we'll be supporting our local Food Pantry, The Neighbors Table in Amesbury, MA.

Since the 5th is constant but the day is ever changing, keeping this virtual event as part of our line up seemed justifiable. With it being virtual, this challenge can be completed anywhere by anyone wishing to participate! Even better, you have all day to complete the challenge! Do it, whenever it fits into your day. Before work, during your lunch hour, or preferably right before Happy Hour!!! With your $5 registration you'll be able to: download & print your very own customized race bib, finisher certificate and track your race results through the scoring platform.
Course: This is your event!! Pick your favorite loop, out and back, lollipop, point to point, trail or even a treadmill to complete your selected distance.
Race Results: If you wish to be included in the online results, you must submit your results by 11:59PM on 5/5/2021
