Event Description

Step up to help people with developmental disabilities, and the staff that care for them, during this difficult time by participating in our Virtual 5k to raise money for the Schoharie Arc Foundation. Due to the cancellation of several fundraising events as a result of Covid, we are hosting this race to try to recoup some of the money we'd normally raise with our signature fundraisers - the Legacy of Love After Hours Auction and the Opportuni-Tee Golf Tournament. Our mission is to help support Schoharie Arc's programs and services, and the people who rely on them, when little to no other funding is available. Covid has greatly impacted Schoharie Arc's finances with the unexpected expenses of purchasing PPE and other needs as an essential organization providing care for an extremely vulnerable population.
