Description

This group training and exercise program is designed to encourage, motivate and challenge the individual to compete with his/her peers. No running experience is necessary. Fee for this program is $15.00 and includes a T-Shirt. The final goal is to run the Veterans Salute 5k on November 6th. (registration fee required).
